Supporting Newcomers

The Rohingya Community of Chatham-Kent (RCCK) is committed to helping newcomers successfully settle, integrate, and thrive in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada.

Strengthening Community

Through community support, partnerships, and volunteer efforts, we provide guidance and connect individuals and families with the resources they need to build successful and fulfilling lives in Canada

Education Support

Education can open doors to greater opportunities, independence, and a stronger future. For many newcomer and refugee families, however, navigating a new education system can be challenging due to language barriers, unfamiliar processes, financial difficulties, and limited access to information.
The Rohingya Community of Chatham-Kent (RCCK) supports individuals and families in accessing educational opportunities and building the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in Canada. We aim to help students and newcomers understand available options, overcome barriers, and make informed decisions about their education.
